Is not enamel but tin or aluminum, so-called tin plate.
It is in fair to neat condition and has a beautiful colour. The photos are part of the advertisement, so please view them carefully
It is 57 cm wide x 42 cm high and is from the 1960s / 1970s.

The Stout Sign Company was founded in 1886 and is located in St. Louis, MO.
Stout Sign Co. was best known for their production of large billboards that were used in advertisements on many highways throughout the country.
The signs they produced were quite large and embossed painted metal.
However, the Stout Sign Company also produced many pewter and self-framed tin signs, especially for the soft drink market.
The Stout Sign Company is still in business in St. Louis and still produces billboards😎
